Information we collect
When you use the contact form we collect: name, company or organization (optional), email address, country (optional), type of interest, message, preferred language, page language and the date on which you accept this policy. We do not store your IP address with the request.
Why we use it
We use this information only to respond to commercial, information or collaboration requests.
Legal basis
Your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form, and the handling of the request you send us.
Where it is stored
Requests are stored on the Cloudflare infrastructure that hosts this website. To protect the form against automated submissions we use Cloudflare Turnstile, which analyses technical browser signals. To limit abuse we use, for up to one hour, an encrypted and irreversible identifier derived from the connection, which is not stored with the request.
Who can access it
We do not sell or share your information. Only authorized people at MAR Evolutions can view it, through a password-protected area.
How long we keep it
We keep requests for a maximum of 12 months from receipt, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your information by writing to [email protected].
Automated decisions
We do not make automated decisions or build profiles with this information.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The private area only uses a strictly necessary technical cookie to keep authorized people signed in.
